Charge d'Affaires Mr. Slobodan Radeka attended the opening of the World Security Forum, which is being held in Doha, organized by the American Soufan Institute and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar.
He gave an interview to the Qatari TV stations Al Araby and Doha News, in which he emphasized the importance of holding the Forum, as a platform for exchanging opinions on current world political and security challenges.

Mr. Radeka also spoke about the bilateral relations between Serbia and Qatar, which are on an obvious upward trajectory, particularly emphasizing the importance of the recent visit to Doha by the President of the Republic of Serbia, H. E. Aleksandar Vučić, and the meeting with the Amir of Qatar, H. H. Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. He alsto stressed importance of the preparations for the fist ever Business Council Meeting beteween Serbia and Qatar.
