Chargé d'affaires Mr. Slobodan Radeka spoke with the Director General of the Directorate for Europe of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, H. E. Ambassador Saoud Al Mahmoud.
It was jointly stated that the bilateral relations between Serbia and Qatar are very good, as well as that there is an obvious momentum and an upward trend.
The importance of President H. E. Aleksadnar Vučić's recent visit to Qatar, as well as the announcement of the first session of the Business Council, was particularly highlighted.

Ambassador Al Mahmoud emphasized that Qatar recognizes the strategic importance of Serbia in the Balkans and is ready to develop relations with our country in all areas; in economy, energy, trade, agriculture, investments, food supply security, IT sector.
